Hi, I’m Erin — founder of BloomWell.
Most of the businesses I work with are in a stage of growth where managing people has become more complex than it used to be.
They may already have someone handling HR—or be doing it themselves—but they’ve reached a point where they need more experience, more structure, and a more thoughtful approach.
After 20 years in HR — working with nonprofits, local governments, Fortune 50s, and family-run teams — I realized something: most small businesses want to take care of their people. But between complex labor laws and the daily demands of running a company, compliance often slips through the cracks. Not from negligence — from overload.
I started BloomWell to bring calm, strategic, human support to small, values-driven organizations that deserve better than one-size-fits-all HR. I tend to work best with business owners who care about their people and want to do things the right way—not just the fastest or easiest way.
I’m SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified, with degrees in HR and Organizational Change. More importantly, I’ve seen it all — and I know how to think 10 steps ahead so you’re not reacting to problems, you're preventing them. HR isn’t just paperwork. It’s pattern recognition, perspective, and helping people navigate hard decisions with clarity and confidence.
