Hi, I'm Erin! I am the owner of BloomWell and I’ve been bringing my calm demeanor to HR for about 19 years. I have had the opportunity to work with some great organizations and wonderful leaders that have allowed me to develop the unique perspective and approach that I enjoy sharing with my clients today.
I've worked with organizations big and small, public and private, non-profit, Fortune 50 and local government--and all very different industries. I am certified SPHR and SHRM-SCP as well as a certified Coach and Mediator. I also have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources as well as a master's degree in Organizational Change.
I've learned a lot over these years and have loved seeing the impact of HR both on the big picture and individual pieces (and people!). I have performed basic HR functions since the beginning of my career, but have spent the last five years focused on workplace culture, understanding behaviors, coaching, and helping leaders connect the dots inside of their organization. Every decision a leader makes can create a domino effect toward either a positive or negative future. Connecting these dots can ensure that the dominos are headed in the right direction.
As many of us have seen the world a bit differently in the last couple of years, I began to have a greater desire to bring my skills to smaller groups who generally don't have a team of experts to help them through the ups and downs of managing people. There are often many layers to navigate in addition to just knowing the law (which is complicated enough). So, in 2021 I started BloomWell to help small businesses make their lives easier so they can enjoy what really matters.
For most of these years I have worked with leaders to find balance and practical solutions to move forward during difficult situations. I'll do the same for you, and throw in my superior calming skills for free. I believe in being authentic, working collaboratively, communicating openly, and providing helpful feedback. No judgment and no b.s., guaranteed.
