What This Looks Like

Most of the businesses I work with are in a stage where managing people has become more complex than it used to be.

This is designed to give you consistent, reliable support—without the cost or commitment of a full-time senior HR hire.

How Engagement Typically Works

Most clients work with me on a monthly basis, with support structured around team size and complexity.


This allows you to:

·  reach out as things come up

·  get consistent guidance

·  build a relationship with someone who understands your business


Larger or more defined projects (like handbooks or investigations) are scoped separately so they get the attention they deserve.

When This Is Most Helpful

This is typically a great fit when:

·  Your team has grown to ~15–75 employees

·  HR is taking more time and energy than it used to

·  Situations are becoming more nuanced or complex

·  You want to be more intentional about how you manage your people

·  You’re not ready for a full-time senior HR hire—but you need that level of thinking
